These handy features help you order faster and more easily in the portal.
1. Link files automatically with the HubLoader
Upload your print files in advance via the HubLoader (the upload icon at the bottom left of the portal). If the file has the same name as the reference of the item, the portal links the file to that item automatically.
- Upload the file before you add the item to the cart.
- The aspect ratio of the file must match the size of the item.
- Example: the file Backwall-booth-12.pdf links to an item with reference Backwall-booth-12.
In the HubLoader you can upload several files at once: select them all or drag them into the upload area together. As soon as a file has been uploaded, you immediately see its size, resolution (dpi) and a preview, so you can check at a glance that your files are correct.
2. Templates for what you order often
Do you order the same product regularly? Choose Save as template while configuring. Under Templates you can then quickly add it to the cart: just enter the reference, size and quantity.
3. Continuous image across several fabrics
Does your image consist of several fabrics placed side by side? Switch on Continuous image in the cart. Our production team then knows the fabrics must line up exactly. The switch appears as soon as there are several lines of the same material in the cart.
4. Contour cutting: don't forget the cut line
Want a print cut to shape? Add a cut line to your file as a spot colour named cut. All requirements for print files can be found in our delivery specifications.
5. File not ready yet? Add it later
You can also add an item to the cart without a file. Use Upload files on the cart line to add the file later. The counter (for example 0 / 1) shows how many files are still missing.
6. Combi shipment: travel together, less CO₂
At checkout, choose Combi shipment (if this option is available for your address). Your order then travels in a combined shipment, so together we work towards a CO₂-free society. Would you like to receive your order sooner than the delivery dates shown in the cart? Feel free to contact us and we will see what is possible.
7. Track your orders
Under Orders you can see the status of each order, from file check to shipped. The order page also has a print preview. Need to change the PO number? That is possible even after placing the order.
8. Quotation first?
At checkout, choose Request quotation instead of Place order (if enabled for your account). Under Quotations you approve the quotation yourself, and it becomes an order straight away.
9. Regular delivery addresses in your address book
Do you often deliver to another address, such as an exhibition venue? Save the address in your address book at checkout and select it with one click next time.
